Viv has been with us for nearly 5 years, initially came in as a helpdesk co-ordinator, she took a keen interest in the invoicing side of the business and now works closely with our Accounts Manager Michelle to make sure everything is processed properly and no stone left unturned.

Zoe is currently completing my Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship at AM Planned Maintenance where she is learning lots of new skills. Outside of work she enjoys shopping, going to the cinema and listening to music.

Amy joined AM Planned in September 2024. She has experience as a healthcare assistant in a mental health unit and coordinating hospital staff. Outside of work, Amy loves spending time with family and is often found cheering on her son at his football matches.

Before joining AM Planned in may 2024, Shannon worked in a dementia care home and as an admin for a building contractor, gaining valuable interpersonal and administrative skills. Outside of work, Shannon loves cooking, and hosting games nights with friends.

Lauren joined AM Planned on in March of 2025, bringing her administrative expertise from her previous role at an asbestos removal company. Outside of work, she loves baking and whipping up sweet treats.
