Ross started at AM Planned Maintenance in March 2017 and focusses on managing customer expectations, KPI's and SLA's set by the client, and ensuring we exceed expectations set. His main focus is on managing our multi-skilled operatives and ensuring works are completed to the standard expected.

Hannah has been here since late 2019 and has been on the helpdesk since 2020. In her spare time she loves having cuddles with her cat Sweety and walking her dog Millie.

Viv has been with us for nearly 5 years, initially came in as a helpdesk co-ordinator, she took a keen interest in the invoicing side of the business and now works closely with our Accounts Manager Michelle to make sure everything is processed properly and no stone left unturned.

Zoe is currently completing my Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship at AM Planned Maintenance where she is learning lots of new skills. Outside of work she enjoys shopping, going to the cinema and listening to music.
